For the Vancouver 2010 Olympics, there will be two-month-long prohibition on flight training and severe restrictions on other GA activities. One flight school is estimating that they will lose $300,000 in revenue. The overall loss to the local aviation industry is being estimated at three to five million dollars.

Two months of flight restrictions for a two week olympics. At least MVY was only shut down while the President was actually there.
