I saw that the buyers of the bankrupt Eclipse are planning to sell 28
new Eclipse 500s. With all the recent posts about FAA certification
and safety, it seems that now is a good time to kill the Eclipse 500
before a series of accidents happens.

Mike: I don't think that the fact that the Eclipse is FAA certified makes it unsafe! (not sure you meant to imply that) There are more than 100 Eclipse jets flying regularly and not one has been involved in a serious accident, according to the database at ntsb.gov. Perhaps some of the owners have tried to kill themselves when they found out the parts and support situation...
