I am very interested in a used SR-20. The airplane would satisfy my mission requirements
and the cost would be acceptable. I fly at night frequently and the parachute would
provide peace of mind. My concern is the dependability of the Avidyne panel. Has the
system become more dependable with successive upgrades? Has the company's product
support improved over the past few years? Thanks for any insights.

Our Avidyne PFD/MFD have been completely reliable since an upgrade to version 7 of the software a couple of years ago. I would expect the support to get worse as the industry shrinks and Avidyne shrinks with it (and continues to lose market share to Garmin).
