Seattle to Mexico city

I just want to know if there is any complication or something that i
need to consider before flying Seattle to Mexico City.

If flying a small plane, you probably want to join the Baja Bush Pilots (http://www.bajabushpilots.com/). In theory Mexico enforces the radio station license requirement, though I was never checked there or anywhere else. The Mexicans have had varying requirements regarding insurance, though again I was never checked. In some years the Mexicans have required airplane operators to purchase Mexican insurance, even if their U.S. policy covers the plane while in Mexico (similar to the laws that they have for automobiles).

The Mexicans don't allow VFR at night.
