1. Why Gas turbine engine RPM generally calculated in terms of
percentages (%)?
2. Is it required to trim the tailplane/elevator of an A/c to maintain
a particular altitude for an increase in forward thrust? (means if an
A/c is flying at ,say 10,000 ft, will its altitude alters if we
increase the engine thrust without disturbing any other other flight
controls?)
