Helicopter Flow Check

Completion of the manufacturer's checklist usually ensures safe
operation of an aircraft. However, an additional level of safety and
smoothness of operation can be obtained by conducting a top-to-bottom
flow check of every instrument, avionics box, and switch in the
aircraft prior to departure.
This video demonstrates this technique in a Robinson R44 helicopter.
