I have recently started converting books for the Web, and luckily these books were produced in pagemaker 6.5. I had never used the HTML export from pm, because generally I start a project in dreamweaver. The HTML export from pagemaker essentially takes a pm style, and you map that style to H1, P, etc. There are some funky problems with font colors, but a search and replace in dreamweaver is fairly quick. {shameless plug} you can see how it finally turned out at my Georgia Coast book {/shameless plug}
