I'm sorry to hear about this mess! I respect all the people and firms involved in this and hope that things will be worked out in a positive manner. I do believe it is merely a conflict of interest, VC is high risk, high return, software development is hard work and requires passion. Being a successful VC is like being a good gambler, you have to know how to make other people lose. Being a good software developer is like being a great musician or painter, you really have to love what you do. In my book, both noble causes - personally, I choose the latter. Alby
