As a prime example, take this one individual, "Shawn B.", listed above these comments here, he did make amends on account of his employee's misbehavior regarding photography. Said individual, “Shawn”, thereafter has been continually smeared, wrongfully and illegally addressed on this webpage, which constitutes a potential libel and slander case. Speaking from experience, this defamation of character in a public forum, the Internet, gives rise to a cause of action on the Federal level, a diversity case (see Federal Civil Judicial Procedure and Rules, available @ West Publishing Company). Not to mention that some Federal Prosecutor, somewhere, when complained to, may decide to file criminal charges under Tit...
