Hey All, Thats true. Several years ago our inlaw got sued for doing the same thing. He thought he can just slam people in public because he didn't like anther person using his stuff. He got slapped with a law suit. The lawyer said defaming somebody on the Internet goes beyond just a "weasel" in damages. Then we heard the court said the same thing and he should have used legal means to settle his beef because not everybody understands that legal copyright mumbo-jumbo.
