I have seen a lot of comments about no FAA online charts, etc. I am curious how those people, last comment 2012, now feel with the advent of sky vector, foreflight etc. On a personal note about crashes, I recently flew a Sportstar. The ground handling was horrible (ultra sensitive nose wheel steering), no attitude indicator in many of them, not unflyable by any means, think old old school, the real forizon is the attitude indicator. I used alt indicator, airspeed and turn-bank indicators to compensate. Was actually good practice in that respect. DAY VFR ONLY! Any way on my second takeoff the aircraft slewed to the left side of the runway almost 30ý. I was holding the nose wheel light in a soft field way due to sensitive nws. I also had in right rudder as is typical, it still was going left. Airspeed was alive so got her into ground effect, banked her right taking my feet off the rudders completely gained speed and took off. I noticed rudder flutter with feet off and it went away as so...
