Software Documentation


Software Documentation (DOC) produces end-user guides, other internal and external documentation in paper form and on the Internet. DOC is responsible for the main company website (.com), the Intranet (.org) and any other publication of the company. DOC owns the style guides and publication guidelines. DOC needs the following tools: The importance of good software documentation is widely underestimated. Good documentation minimizes customer service calls and improves customer satisfaction. Publications are owned by DOC and neither the style nor the content may be contestet after the editing process.
