Can the user delete a relative with photos and stories associated? If
so, that means we need to go through the other tables and remove
references to this realtive.However, the pset says "remove rows added by mistake", which implies
the removal would be done shortly after addition, and not after
stories and photos were added.

Perhaps you should decide what cases you are willing to delete a row for and only allow the system to offer to delete rows that fit that description.
