The salaries of aeronautical engineers in the U.S. vary quite a bit with the economy. They were very high in the 1960s and then fell to just about $0 the recession of the 1970s. A lot of guys who had held good jobs ended up working in fast food restaurants. Most of the investment in new aerospace designs is military and thus the jobs require U.S. citizenship.

If you like sitting at a desk and dealing with equations, paperwork, and bureaucracy it might be a good career for you. You'll probably want at least a master's degree in aero/astro engineering.

you can attend the test of AIEEE. if you score a top renk , & have above 75% in physics, chemistry, maths or bio, then you can try for it. salary of this engineering will be near about 50000/- ok. good luck
