Do missing FAA form 337s affect an aircraft's airworthiness, annual inspections, etc.
regarding equipment installs (i.e. panel equipment installs)?
Thanks, Joe

You can get a copy of all the 337's filed for an aircraft from the FAA. Missing logbooks are another issue though.

What is the entry in the log book ? Was the equip list & W&B updated ? Was it signed off by an A&P IA ? If the install is legitimate and all you are missing are the 337's you can submit a request for the entire aircraft history on a CD from the FAA in OKC. It is a couple bucks and well worth it.
