Water cooler for the world’s smartest non-Asian people

  1. OT: USA Today, 03/01/20 – Porizkova details ‘incredible hurt,’ ‘betrayal’ after learning Ric Ocasek cut her from his will

“After the death of her ex-husband, Cars frontman Ric Ocasek, Paulina Porizkova learned that she had been excluded from his will.

In an appearance on “CBS Sunday Morning,” Porizkova, 54, opened up about discovering that she, along with two of Ocasek’s sons from a previous marriage, had been left out.

“It’s made the grieving process really, really tricky, because I would love to just be able to be sad and miss him, and not also feel this incredible hurt at his betrayal,” Porizkova said. “I feel betrayed. I sure do.”

The two married in 1989 and had been “peacefully separated” since 2017. They had begun divorce proceedings before Ocasek, 75, died on Sept. 15, 2019, but still lived together. Porizkova said she had no idea why Ocasek had excluded her, especially after she had put her life’s earnings from modeling into their marriage…”

  2. Shared an office with a few HBS graduates working in marketing. They looked real busy, but it wasn’t obvious what they were busy doing. It was kind of like serving fast food during the lunch rush.

  3. If you notice, the two labels are different. The bottom label anthropomorphizes the water cooler.
