I ran a half marathon 5 years ago and have tried to avoid running since because I didn\u2019t train properly and hurt my foot. Now I know to stretch before and after so I figured now&#8217;s the time!! It\u2019s been nice yesterday and today and I hope the nice weather continues!! <\/p><p>I have also been doing a lot of \u201cvirtual\u201d time with my family and friends. It is very hard not to see anyone but this makes it feel a little easier for me. As an update, my dog no longer barks at people when we go on walks so she is getting better behaved which is also a positive!! <\/p><p>I miss you all very much, it makes me realize <strong>how much I love my job <\/strong>(which I already knew!!) and how important you are all to me.
