Objective
This lesson combines a full cross-country flight with simulated IFR
emergencies from an instructional perspective. The instructor will
simulate a student and the CFII-H candidate will simulate teaching an
IFR cross-country flight, with a filed flight plan, and various IFR
emergencies throughout the course of the flight.

Completion Standards
The CFII-H candidate should demonstrate a full IFR flight and
responses to in-flight IFR emergencies from an instructional
perspective.
