Objective
This is the end of course test and will be conducted by the Chief
Flight Instructor, Assistant Chief Flight Instructor, or an
appropriately qualified designee. The student shall demonstrate, with
a successful outcome never seriously in doubt, each operation or
maneuver as an instrument instructor. IN addition, the student will
demonstrate sound judgment in aeronautical decision-making, skill
competency in the cockpit, and effective crew resource management.

Completion Standards
The CFII-H candidate shall demonstrate proficiency that meets the
standards of performance as outlined in the current FAA Flight
Instructor Instrument Rating Practical Test Standards. If necessary,
the student will receive additional instruction to meet the course
completion standards.
