Software trainers prepare users to use the software. Once the training has been signed off, users will be handed over to CSR. The better the training, the less volume for the CSR. Software trainers need access to the following tools:
Conference call phone line
Interactive presentation website (e.g. raindance)
MS Word for paper publications
MS FrontPage for web publications
Software trainers as well as CSRs have to be expert users of the system. They should be able to answer all questions that the most investigative user might have.
