If you are seeking advice or opinion from people then make it easy for them to do so e. g. define the problem clearly.

If you are giving feedback, then make it relevant.

Stay away from flaming.

You can read newsgroup through your Reader with the browser or use web such as www.Deja.com (now taken over by Google)
I prefer reading newsgroups on web.
