Is it too much to ask people to get a little bit of exercise for themselves!? A quote: “The owners love it because they are exercising their pets with little effort on their part and getting a fun free ride! (yet will participate by kicking up hills)” That’s simply atrocious, and yet I am amused beyond all comprehension. Thanks for the link.
I had a friend with a Husky who used to commute in on rollerblades with the Husky pulling. The dog lived to pull things, so it was not gratuitous. I took a ride once with my rollerblades, the dog pulled me about twenty five miles an hour or so it seemed. It was like being on a rope tow.
If you have a dog that is bred for this kind of thing, it is a real kindness for the animal.
