The big irony would be to have Windows in there too… oh wait it is there at #20.
Health care seems to be growing to be about 20% of the economy (see http://www.usatoday.com/money/industries/health/2006-02-21-health-costs-usat_x.htm). Should it be different for computers?
I don’t know, people seem totally annoyed by the built-in non-bandaid approach Vista’s taken, and the really locked-down versions of bsd never were as popular as linux. Useful computers tend to be vulnerable. (Not to say we can’t do better)
