There are lots of single men pounding marathons over 50. Married men are almost non existent, due to the female preference for men who focus on their jobs more than their bodies.
Since my late teens, I’ve done 30 minutes per day of stretching + 30 mins. weight lifting + 30 mins. cardio. Now 53 y/o I’m the same 155 Lbs and 6′ tall as when I graduated high school. I never put on bulky muscle, but I’m toned and lean and fit into 31-inch waist Levis. However, after 50 y/o, my fitness regimen started to get a little bit harder to do, my strength & enthusiasm decreased, and my 5K run slowed. I asked my doctor to check my testosterone level and he said, “no problem; you’ve got the t-level of a teenager!” Then he scheduled me for my first colonoscopy.
