They do mostly taxpayer funded “studies.” A non-for-profit with an income of about $15 million (Guidestar). The name is not that important I guess. It does contain the word “services” that is what counts. They should have done it in Latin “CENTRUM PRO OBSEQUIUM QUAESTIO” (Google Translate).
