After the interior goes back in, so will this fine-quality VHS VCR (with flying erase head!) and DVD player, unless the owners want to invest $100,000 in $1,000 of modern electronics and $99,000 of paperwork.

  1. How does the paperwork get to be that much for something that is only minimally connected to the aircraft (and not really connected to the avionics at all)?
