Google identified the majority of Ted Cruz campaign emails as spam, while other Republicans made it into the inbox just fine.
There’s likely something going on with algorithm hacking, and strategic mass flagging of unpopular figures.
I wonder if it’s people in the subject line instead of the source. Right-of-center sources get flagged as spam in my Gmail account pretty often, even after I’ve “unflagged” the source. Gingrich, Heritage, Townhall, Hillsdale, etc., etc. The only liberal/left-of-center source that consistently gets flagged is Vanity Fair, of all publications. A lot of others go right to the inbox unmolested. Does Google have an API for its spam filter? Do they publish any data regarding how often they mistakenly flag a bonafide source as spam?
On my way to the liquor store Phil.
Thanks for the tip! I’m always up for a little holiday mischief.
