Let’s finish out January on a positive note by remembering that 12 years ago this month two pilots did what many of us have dreamt of doing ever since we got our first certificate … they avoided Teterboro.

Teterboro airport isn’t so bad, although I admit I’ve never had to land there. It’s the big USPS distribution facility next to it that generates all the bad vibes. Lol. Actually, that’s a pretty well-run facility as these things go. And hey, it’s all because of Hackensack, just blame it on Hackensack!
I have to admit a little jealousy toward the private jet owners at Teterboro. All I ever get to do is watch the planes.
