Stop Jewish Hate

Any time that a friend in Massachusetts drives by a #StopAsianHate sign, he says “I wish those Asians would stop hating so much.” Let’s check in with #StopJewishHate starting with a tweet from the Tyrant of Tallahassee:

Here are some of the responses:

  • TAKE OUR NAMES OUT OF YOUR VILE FASCIST MOUTH. We do NOT accept wishes for our fasts from an antisemite like you. How dare you, after all the harms you’ve done to the Jewish people. You deserve only scorn from us. I forgive everyone this Yom Kippur but not truly evil men like you
  • We hate you….you have no Jewish friends
  • Sorry Ron you wishes mean nothing to us Jews, gays, veterans or 86 million Americans when you say nothing about nazis marching in Orlando and seeing how you speak about immigrants many of us were birthed by Holocost survivors you are disgusting
  • You have zero jewish friends🖕🏼 AbortionRightsAreHumanRights #AbortionIsHealthcare #GOPWarOnWomen

Meanwhile, in D.C., “White House calls Trump’s remarks about American Jews ‘antisemitic'” (NBC):

“We need to root out antisemitism everywhere it rears its ugly head,” said White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.

The White House criticized former President Donald Trump on Monday for telling American Jews over the weekend to “get their act together” and “appreciate” Israel “before it is too late.”

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said at a news briefing that Trump’s comments on his Truth Social website were “antisemitic” and “insulting” both to “Jews and to our Israeli allies.”

“For years now, Donald Trump has aligned with extremist and antisemitic figures,” she said.

I’m still trying to figure out when it works to tell someone who is filled with hate to “stop hating”!

Finally, we have Kanye West. He said that Jews control the media. To prove him wrong, Jews got him expunged from all media. Here’s an interesting angle on the Kanye story:

And no discussion of Kanye would be complete without the following:

  1. A long time ago there was a rather funny satire/humor/parody magazine published for College students called “National Lampoon” or something along those lines. One issue had a long feature about life on a modern America campus, illustrated with various photographs and cartoonish drawings that were all – I can assure you – in poor taste for *any* time we might live in. One of the cartoons showed two mobs of angry students approaching each other, ready to fight, screaming though megaphones, with expressions of furious anger on their faces, fists clenched.

One half of the mob was marching under a banner that read: “Love Hate!”
The other half’s banner read: “Hate Hate!”

    • By the way, I don’t mean to minimize the problems that Hate, Prejudice and Racism cause in our society, the danger they pose, the damage they inflict, and the fear and anger they evoke. As a person from a (partially) Slavic background, I once had a terrible encounter with a man who owned a piece of land next to the one we were attempting to sell – to a young Jewish couple who were, at least while we were dealing with them, very civil, pleasant and agreeable. The guy who owned the land on the next lot was an expat Russian, and he did everything in his power to attempt to block the sale, but there was nothing wrong with it and it went through. One day my mother drove by the lot to take down the “FSBO” signs. He was standing there and threatened her (she is not slavic!): “You should watch yourself. Russia should have exterminated your kind long ago, you filthy beasts.”

I happen to have a good relationship with the Chief of Police in my town and asked him:

“Does XXX have a firearms license? He just threatened my mother.”
“Yes. Thank you for letting us know.”
“Thank you. I don’t think he’ll do anything, but who knows after a liter of vodka?”

The young couple built an absolutely beautiful home on the property and so far there haven’t been any fatalities.

  2. Jews have always been the mane force in the movie industry, the camera industry & the blog industry. The lion kingdom’s DSLR collection subsidized a lot of matzos.

  3. More generally speaking, and as you’ve noted many times: America is no longer a country that has a common culture where a lot of people share the same basic interests or philosophy, such as it is. This is a direct result of radical identity politics, which has now added an infinite number of cracks and fractures that just overlap with and contribute to the latent racism and hate. But you can’t tell that to the geniuses who continue to promote it, because they profit from it and live well because of it.

    • @Alex, I just roll my eyes at the D party blowing a generational opportunity. There are now more independents than D’s or R’s, and most of them are not interested in the R craziness. So, with this opportunity Democrats are doubling down on wokeness and printing money and the joys of queerness. The mad hatter 40% of the GOP is going to back into control of Congress, and the Dems are so pissed off they will run a rainbow ticket to seal the deal in 2024.
