I wonder if this is based on my search history… I searched for the “Altis Prime Hotel” in Google Maps and I was shown a map with both the searched-for hotel and, presumably, what Google thought our family would prefer:

I doubt that it’s your search history, it also happens for me.
Maybe they paid to get promoted? Middle aged western male foreigners might just be their target demographic.
I guess this is the one hotel in Lisbon, a city of 2.9 million, that Google thinks everyone needs to know about!
It obviously reads the blog, but does it comment?
Could be a consequence of having registered your case of monkeypox with the CDC?
