  2. @Philip, this is proof that our illegal migrants are quite capable, so perhaps it’s time to stop describing them as “uneducated”?

    BTW, ChatGPT calculated the direct dollar cost associated with the fraud, but it left out the cost of the investigation itself. That includes the salaries of the investigators, administrative overhead, and perhaps most importantly, the opportunity cost of the time they spent on this case instead of investigating other fraud cases.
